Nina Gierasimczuk

Nina Gierasimczuk is a PhD student at the Institute for Logic, Language, and Computation, Universiteit van Amsterdam. She works under the supervision of Johan van Benthem and Dick de Jongh. Nina graduated from the Institute of Philosophy at Warsaw University.
In her work Nina focuses on formal learning theory – general paradigm of identification in the limit in numerical and model-theoretic framework. Main aims of her current research are: to establish connections between dynamic epistemic logic, belief revision and learning theory; to study a phenomenon of semantics acquisition from a theoretical point of view; to contribute to the theory of generalized quantifiers by studying their learnability properties.
